Vehicle exceeded 10mph without putting foot on accelerator. When consumer applied brakes or pressed gas pedal vehicle went faster. Also, vehicle was in an accident because it accelerated without warning. Contacted dealer, and dealer readjusted vehicle, but still did not remedy problem.

Automatic transmission has difficulty shifting between drive and overdrive. Also, vehicle will not accelerate properly with gas pedal being pressed all way to floor. Also, there was erratic operation of overdrive kicking in without provocation. The consumer was informed by the district manager that the manufacturer was increasing the horse power and torque to help solve the transmission shifting problem.

While starting accellerator got stuck, and vehicle took off at about 45mph. Brakes were applied, no change. The vehicle hit a fire hydrant and stopped. Dealer contacted, and they have been checking for about eight working days, cannot duplicate the problem.
