NHTSA# 03-V-035-000 on certain passenger vehicles, seat back recliner bolt breakage can occur resulting in the seat back reclining unexpectedly. The consumer vehicle experienced the symptoms of he recall however the consumers vehicle was not included in the recall due to VIN.
