Brakes were applied after a stuck throttle due to mats. When applied no vacuum power available to stop the vehicle. Under full manual force on the brake pedal the vehicle was actually accelerating. Key off prevented any serious problems. A test found that under full throttle no vacuum is available for braking. All systems are normal and correct otherwise. Will not stop if throttle is engaged full, prior to the application of brakes. Tired of losing money taking vehicles to and from dealers. I'll have to accept the problem until such time as I can get it looked into. Advise testing of vacuum assisted brakes in the future by applying full throttle and then, full brakes. In this case there is no vacuum available. Scary!!!
