While traveling at 50 mph and as a result of a collision air bags did not deploy, and seat belts came unlatched, causing injuries to driver. Manufacturer has been notified. Please provide further inoformation.

It is very difficult to latch and secure belt buckle, had to try 10 to 15 times before buckle will latch. Then, it is often times difficult to release buckle. Dashboard indicator for seat belt remains on even though belt is buckled. Please provide any additional information.

Rear bench seat belt buckles on passenger and driver sides are coming out from seat about 5-6 inches, and middle seat buckle was sitting out about a foot which caused belt to sit to high up, and not providing any support. Consumer has contacted dealer, dealer stated normal operation.
