: the contact stated the Dodge Ram 2500's front passenger wheel rim split while towing another vehicle. The vehicle was taken to a non service dealer who put a spare on the vehicle. The wheel rim had not been replaced or taken to a service dealer. The consumer stated air was coming out of the center of the rim. Updated 12/01/06.
