Ram 2500 4WD Diesel

The drivers seat belt did not tighten up during an accident and I bounced off the steering wheel a couple of times. The seat belt had not tighten up after reaching for the radio controls or a drink, hung out the door when shutting it, but would always tighten up once janked on a couple of times. Never thought it would not work during an accident.
