Ram 2500

  • 56,000 miles
The contact owns a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500. The contact purchased four new nitto terra grappler at (na) tires, size 285/70R17 for his vehicle, but stated that they flex too much. Whenever he turns the vehicle, he feels as if the tires are falling off. When changing lanes, the vehicle is difficult to control and begins to swerve. The manufacturer advised him to file a warranty claim with one of the dealers. The manufacturer then called the dealer back and stated that there was nothing wrong with the tires; therefore, they would not provide compensation. The dot number was unknown. The failure mileage was 56,000.
