The owner had removed the wheels to check the brakes. Owner noticed all four-brake rotors had grooves. This problem caused the brakes to lose braking effectiveness. Both the manufacturer and dealer were contacted.

Consumer used vehicle for long distance driving, he took vehicle to dealer for regular maintenance. He was told that the front brakes were good, but rear brakes failed. Mechanic said that the heat from the disc rotors caused the rubber to deteriorate, which, in turn, caused the seal to leak brake fluid.
