The contact owns a 2007 Dodge 3500. The contact stated that the air conditioner failed. The dealer inspected the vehicle and advised that the compressor had burned out. The component did not give any warning of a pending failure. The dealer stated that they had never heard of a premature compressor failing in his particular year, make and model. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was 70,000 and the failure mileage was 70,150.
