shakes really bad when you hit a bump in the road

So I bought this towards the end of January 2016. I drove it for a few days and noticed everytime I would hit a bump in the road at highway speeds the truck would shake the steering wheel very violantly. So I called the dealership and they said it had a recall for that. so I went ahead and setup an appointmet, and had the recall fixed I think it was like February 2, 2016. So now I have been driving the truck for a few months now and notice my tires are wearing really bad in the front end. Now today 07/09/2016 my wife calls me and tells me she was on the highway today going about 65 mph and hit a bump in the road and the trucks steering wheels started to slap side to side very violently and said she almost hit a car in the other lane. That scared the crap out of especially considering she had our 8 month old daughter in the car. So now I'm wondering if the recall was really taken care of. So now i'm trying to figure out what steps to take next. I don't feel comfortable having my wife drive this truck with our baby in it. Something really needs to be done, someone if eventually going to get seriously hurt with this issue. HELP!!!!!
