The contact stated while turning on the heat in the vehicle, but no heat was coming from the vents, The vehicle was taken to the dealer, and they stated that the instrument panel needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, and they stated there nothing they could do and that there's no recall for that failure. The failure mileage was 50,000.
