air bags failed

Daughter was in a bad car accident and the air bags failed to deploy. Other driver was speeding and plowed into her and totaled her car. Thank God she survived. Had to be revived but she is alive with no serious injuries. She is alive but suffered a major concussion. Can't even remember anything before the accident and is suffering from migraines. The car was purchased as a used car but in very good condition and it was serviced.

Dodge called me after I contacted them to inquire about the air bags not deploying after a hit like that. They only wanted to know if there were any fatalities and they told me they would look into this and I have not heard from them. I called a second time and was told that I need to contact my auto insurance agent and my agent was like, no one has contacted me and there is no reason they should because it is a manufacturer issue.

Wrote a letter to the CEO Timothy Kuniskis but not sure if that was his add. Did a Google search. I wrote a third letter but I get the feeling Dodge is just plain old dodging me (no pun intended!)
