The contact owns a 1999 Dodge Stratus. The contact received recall 06V001000, and believed it was to blame for the following incident. While driving the steering became difficult and control of the vehicle was lost. The vehicle landed in a ditch and was destroyed, causing both airbags to deploy. A police report was taken. Current mileage was 40000.
