The contact's vehicle hit a pot hole, and this bent the passenger's side front and rear rims. The dealership agreed the rims were too soft. But stated nothing could be done to remedy the problem with these rims. The contact stated if the tires were to go flat they could not be repaired because of the damaged rims.
