First, my rear window wiper went out. Next, I kept having fuses going out. I thought it was the rain. The mechanic started inspecting my car and found wiring worn & damaged inside flexible section at rear hatch hinge, beyond repair.

He replaced the wiring section using repair kit sent from Germany.

He called Fiat and they said it would cost 3000. to fix. He said it was something that should not happen and was very dangerous. The broken wires kept touching metal and caused little fires and shorts in different part of the electronics throughout the car.

Fiat should pay for this. Not charge people 3000. I was lucky cause my mechanic researched and got the parts from Germany.
