stopped in intersection, forward in neutral reverse in first
Purchased the 2012 Fiat 500 manual in 2014, only 13,000 miles. only 21,000 now. one year later, it stopped while I was going into a grocery store (fortunately, nobody behind me. THEN 3 months ago, I was parked in a mall in a parking spot and had it in NEUTRAL, and it just sped FORWARD, (again, no car in front of me) and NOW, I was at an intersection to cross the street, and had it in FIRST and it went into REVERSE!!!!!????? This is VERY dangerous and concerning me now. I am a widow and I do NOT want to continue driving this until it can be fixed but FIAT keeps telling me they DO NOT have the repair parts yet???
It's been 3 months since I received my notice, (THEY SHOULD HAVE THESE PARTS BY NOW)???
What am I to do until then????? If I am in an accident, who is going to be responsible and pay for any damages or injuries???? (LET ALONE MY OWN SAFETY ISSUES)???
