I went to get this money pit inspected, under 13.5k miles, but 3yrs, 1 month since purchased and it wont pass inspection because of an electrical problem characterised by a fast signal noise and front signals not functioning. Bulbs are fine. This just happened today and frankly I just want to get rid of this stupid car. I had written to Ford before this happened saying I was afraid to drive it because I feared some very stupid, but extremely costly something would happen as soon as it was out of warranty. I never got an answer as nothing had happened...yet.

Amazing. They should be so ashamed. This is the stupidest "smart" car I ever had the misfortune to own. It has lost value so fast it is now very likely worth less than my 2006 PT Cruiser, which was 10K less expensive new.
