C-Max Hybrid 2.0L ATK IVCT Engine

  • Automatic transmission
  • 7,700 miles

Windshield on new vehicle leaked water into dash and onto floor. We believe this lead to other electrical problems. Upon removing windshield, it was very obvious that about 10 inches of the seal was missing on drivers side, allowing water to just run into the car.

Windsheild was resealed and replaced successfully. However, I would later learn the vendor forgot to also replace the rain sensors for the automatic rain sensing wipers, which would later require yet another trip to the dealership.
