The contact owns a 2010 Ford E-150 equipped with Michelin ltx tires, size 225/75R/16. The contact was concerned for his safety since he had not received the replacement tires related to the NHTSA recall campaign number: 13T012000 (tires). The contact notified the dealer regarding the tire recall. The manufacturer stated they would be sending the replacement tires but didn't indicate how soon they would receive them. The tires were not replaced. The VIN and failure mileage was not available.
