The contact owns a 2007 Ford E-250. The contact's vehicle ignited in flames while parked. After the fire was extinguished the contact called the insurance company and then called Ford. The vehicle was towed to a shop, where it has remained for eight days. The cause of failure has not been diagnosed. However, the contact suspected an electrical failure. The current and failure mileages were 20,000.
