I usually do my own work on my vehicle. But this was a critical problem, so I took it to Westfield Ford. They did not replace cylinder #3. Two of the plugs came out, I was able to reinstall one but the other I took to the dealership for repair. Not even 100k on the van and the spark plug comes out?

Update from Apr 23, 2021: Guess what - another plug has come out, and Westfield Ford replaced the spark plugs at 90,531 miles. Now I am at 148,023 miles and another plug has come out. This is a problem that Ford needs to address. I understand it is an older vehicle (1998) but I don't even have 150,000 miles on it. The van only averages 7,000 miles a year. I really like my

The engine blew out the #6 spark plug at 44416 miles($521.89) then, the #7 spark plug at 46333 miles($457.49), who knows what the next one will cost us?
