The contact owned a 2010 Ford E-350. While driving 30 mph, the contact was involved in a front end collision with a police vehicle. The air bags did not deploy. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a body shop where it was deemed destroyed. The dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer was not notified. There was one injury that required medical attention. The contact suffered from back pain. The failure mileage was approximately 69,800.
