On July 1, 2023 I drove my car from home about 8 mile I stopped it got out for 2 minutes and got back in started the car and put it into reverse looked up and my instrument panel was black and so was my back up camera. I attempted to backup anyway and discovered I had no power steering. It was locked up. The car was running and I could go forward and back just no steering. I shut car down and started it again. The Same exact thing happened again. I again turned it off and when I started it again the car was back to normal. I made an appointment and took it in first chance I got and the dealer tells me it’s because my battery is lower amps than it should be. How can that be when my car starts every time. That’s my story. They won’t fix it want me to buy a new battery.
