I purchased my Ford Ecosport 2015 automatic transmission, it had slips, bucks, jerks, and harshly engages when driven & accelerate from 1st to second gear.
I took the car back to AL Jazirah Vehicles agent of Ford in Saudi Arabia five time in different period since it was 20000 KM until its reach 99700 KM. First time they do reprograming & the issue come back within days, Second time they do the same & the issue come back again.
After a lot of argument in third visit they decide to change the clutch but within month the issue come back. They changed engine & gear mounts in fourth visit but the same issue still popup again.
Recently, I drop the car again when its reach 99700 KM to agency, they confirm it has the same issue & they want to change the same cultch replaced earlier but not under warranty.
Hence this spare parts is consumable material!!! And the warranty for the car is 60000 KM, as per their input.

From stop and you want to move transmission jerks on 1st and second gear. From their service center they said it is normal. I don't what should be the solution for this.

Since day one after I purchased my Ford Ecosport automatic transmission, it shutters when you accelerate from a stop. I took the car back to Cassey's Ford in Benoni. The mechanic drove with me in the car and said it is a problem on Ford as it is not a real automatic box but a dual clutch transmission that give the feeling of clutch slip.
This doesn't just feel like clutch slip. It feels if the front wheels are falling apart. Yesterday for the first time towed my trailer and then it feels as bad as it can get.
Ford could have informed me of this then I would have rather purchased a manual Ecosport

The car began to have transmission problems. Doesn't shift from first gear to second smoothly. It presents a delay to make the speed change. I took him to the Yude Canahuati dealership and they brought him into the workshop for a week. They returned it to me without any improvement on the problem even though they said they had fixed it.
