problem #4

Nov 202018

Edge Limited 3.2L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 94,000 miles

The directional arm won't engage, push down for left and the right goes on, &/or it wont shut off.

I find this to be a safety issue since your vehicle will fail inspection if you don't have fully functioning directionals/bulbs.

Edge

  • Automatic transmission

when I put my left blinker on it literally clicks 3 times and shuts off. so if im waiting to turn left in traffic I have to hold my left blinker on .

problem #2

Edge

  • Automatic transmission
  • 80,412 miles

Left turn signal stays on and right signal will not work. I see that I am not the only person that has had this problem with their Ford Edge. I am in the process of finding out how much this is going to cost me to have this fixed. I am hoping that it will be covered under warranty but am doubtful.

problem #1

Oct 172013

Edge SE 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 62,821 miles

Potential hazardous as left signal continuously blinking. Confusing to motorist following and very dangerous when slowing down to make right turns (right signal does not work at all)

This was 2nd electrical issue that I have had with my Ford Edge, the first on was in May 2013 (door ajar)

Total cost for both electrical issues $885.00.

I have always owned Ford autos/trucks but, after these issues, I will not purchase another Ford .
