October 2016, after a 2 hr drive to Wells Beach Maine, I exited the Maine TPK and my car was SLOSHING!!!! When I took a left turn, it sounded like waves in the engine? Parked the car for an hour and found WATER in the foot wells. Carpet was soaked but we did not immediately notice because of Weather Teck mats - moisture was under the carpeting, dripping from the drain hose white T connector into the inside of my SUV.We took out mats, dried it with a shop vac, used air compressor to blow out the drain tube. Found an enormous amount of water in the driveway the next day.

November 2016, 2 hour drive to Loon Mtn for fall foliage. Fan was annoyingly noisy but no other symptom. Husband said WAIT. During the Winter months, I don't drive it much or very far but fan continued to be so noisy we took glove box off, replaced the interior cabin air filter (oil change tech did NOT replace it last time). I was to blame but started to put two and two together.

March 2016 bit the bullet to have the blower fan checked. NO idea it would be an almost $500 job (1.25 hrs labor). Suddenly I have heat again!

Several calls to the dealership offered no help. Research showed 5 other people with similar AC evap canister issue overflowing.

Not sure what other items may be rusted. Will have to wait for the humid summer months to see if AC still works.

no heat due to blend door actuator

The Blend Door Actuator went out, causing no heat when it was 26 degrees out. It took me nearly a month to get in to my mechanic because he is exceptionally well priced and busy. He used my part that we purchased and found was a job too big for us to do. Again just another issue Ford has.
