Edge Eco Boost 2.0L

Tailgate door handle that I never use because I have the automatic door opener is broken on the inside of the door and is hanging off. This tells me that the quality of workmanship from Ford is very poor and I will be considering a different car company in the future due to the issues I am having and the lack of help from Ford.
