Edge SEL 2.2L 4

  • Automatic transmission
  • 31,000 miles

WHILE DRIVING AT 75 MPH WE HEARD A THUMPING UNDER THE CAR, WE PULLED OVER AND FOUND THE WIND DEFLECTOR PAN UNDER THE ENGINE HANGING BY 1 WING NUT, THE REST WERE GONE.. COULD HAVE CAUSED A FLAT TIRE OR WORSE AN ACCIDENT. THE DEALER REPLACED THE PAN AND WING NUTS AND WHEN I GO IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE THEY MAKE SURE THAT THE WING NUTS ARE TIGHT.
