Sunroof opened and did not close when it started to rain one day. I forced it shut when I got home. Took it to my closest dealer and they told me it was normal and I just needed to force it shut and wanted me to pay for a sunroof cleaning. I knew this was not right, I took this issue to a different dealer and they told me NOT to force it close as that will break it further. The dealer kept my car for two days, as to replace the sunroof they must disassemble the interior and remove the unit through the windshield.

Sunroof will not close all the way. Opens fine. Comes to slow stop about 8" from closing, then reverses.
