I took my car into the dealership because my crash sensor light kept coming on & my cruise control wouldn-??t work. The dealer said that the crash sensor bracket was fractured & the dealer wouldn-??t repair it under warranty. The bracket wasn-??t repaired, they wanted $595 to repair it. This is the same complaint as NHTSA ID# 11506284 on [XXX]. VIN# [XXX]. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

Since I bought the car last year I been at the delaership more than 3 times already complaining about the screen and the two on the back of each seat. The main screen frezees all the time not allowing me to use the cameras nor gps etc. The two at the back are 24/7 on. Dealership states Ford has no idea how to reapir the veh. That I should wait and they ignored my petitions for my warrantu amd packages information along with anything in writing. They just call.. no paperwok.
