clicking and crunching when turning and going over bumps'

I would assume when it comes to crunching and grinding that bushing or ball joints or tie rods would be the the case. Or maybe even the cv axle. Not sure what it is but it is getting progressively worse. We bought used so I guess that's to be expected. Leaking a fluid as well, not sure if its brake fluid or hydraulic yet. It is coming down the spring and shock and dripping off onto the boot. Plz help.
