Escape XLT 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 110,000 miles

On top of recurring coils, plugs, computer failure..............the rear differential is going.......now its not related but knowing the other problem is a money pit, black hole that you will never be done with NOT to mention dangerous because the vehicle could just shut off at any given moment without warning ANYWHERE ANYTIME ...........its not worth fixing!!!!!!!! JUST FYI to those who don't know........just like I didn't!!!!!!!

Escape 6 cyl

  • Automatic transmission

Yup, my 2005 Escape is sitting in the shop right now...needs new differential. will cost $1600 for new one...

getting one out of a wrecked vehicle for $350, paying another $300 or so for labor to put it in. Didn't think this was covered by extended warranty
