Took vehicle for oil change. Advised by local dealer that both Rear Axle Seals are leaking and will have to be replaced. Estimate $534.96 covered by our extended warranty but with $100.00 deductible. Have owned many vehicles before and never had to replace the Seals. The vehicle has never been used in the Off road capacity, have found out from this site that it is not uncommon for Ford's to have this problem.
