Rear 60/40 split (60 side) would not return back to the normal "up" position after folding it down.

At the dealership, I asked them to take a look. Turns out that the Center Seatbelt has 'seized' and won't release, so the seat cannot be returned to the normal position. They claim it will be over $450 to repair; the seatbelt assembly needs to be replaced.

I did not have this repaired as this is a ridiculous price. Looking at online solutions to fix this myself, as it appears to be a common problem. Only other option would be to CUT the seatbelt, so I can fold the seat back up to the normal 'seated' position, but this would leave the center seat unusable.
