The contact owns a 2010 Ford Escape. The contact stated that the recall notice for NHTSA campaign number: 16V777000 (fuel system, gasoline) was received in November of 2016. After, contacting the local dealer (corwin Ford of springfield in springfield, mo), the contact was informed that the parts needed to repair the recall were not available. The manufacturer was not notified. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
