Escape SE 2.5L 4 cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 2,500 miles

This is a 3,600 lbs vehicle and I don't think the 1.6L EcoBoost engine is sufficient for powering that heavy of a car. The specs say it has "up to" 178 horsepower and 184 foot-pounds of torque, but this thing struggles on hills at speed.

I wanted a SUV with better gas mileage, but didn't anticipate such a dramatic performance cut.
