I bought my ford because one of the features I really liked was the Auto start/ stop, but about 1 month and a half after I bought it, it stopped working. I called the dealer and they said "oh its because its winter and you had your defroster on. It will work only if your A/C and defroster are off." Well here it is 70 degree weather, no AC or defroster and it still doesn't work!!!
