Consumer was traveling about 50mph on a highway and heard a noise. He was able to pull over to shoulder, and noticed that right rear tire tread separated from wheel. Goddyear tire and dealership were aware of problem. Goodyear Eagle rs a, P185/60R15, dot number T30096A.
