Expedition Eddie Bouer 5.4L

My truck has blown 4 coil packs. once on #8 cylinder and 3 times on #7 cylinder. the third time it took the threads with it and had to spend $90 on a repair kit from NAPA. now its having problems with the EGr and i just replaced it and was fine and it started again today.

bought the car and was fine and now all of a sudden the cars doing this sh*t!!!! wtf! every time im at a light the cars idle is accelerated by itself! it goes up to 3000rpm then all of a sudden drops and then starts back up again! what do i do??? what can it be???
