Vehicle on slight slope when 5 yr old shifted gear lever to neutral. Vehicle began to move forward and hit a pedestrian, pinning her against another vehicle. Owner's manual indicated that vehicle could not be shifted unless foot is on brakes. Took vheicle to dealership, and mechanic informed owner that brake light must have be broken in order for lever to be shifted. Owner declared brake lights working just fine.
