Power window regulator failure 2004 Ford Expedition. Third occurrence and a very costly repair. If trapped in the vehicle the window cannot be rolled down. Cables keep fraying and jamming the operation of the window regulators operation.

While driving to work this morning my husband and I hit a pothole in the road and the window fell into the door. The window was up at the time. The dealer said thiswas not Ford's problem because they did not have to replace anything, just fix the window track so it was costing us to fix a problem with the window that we have no control over.

While driving at any speed steering vibrates violently. Dealer states the steering rod malfunctioned. All 4 wheels were balanced, however steering wheel is still vibrating and noisy. Blue smoke from exhaust. No problem found. All windows slow to go down and squeaks. No problem found. Abnormal starting. Engine fan noisy. Dealer found normal operation. Clanking noise in steering column. Lower steering shaft was replaced.
