Expedition

  • Manual transmission

We got the power board put in , so the front windows work. But only one back window works. Not nice for the kids.

Expedition XLT 5.4L V8

  • Automatic transmission

Come on Ford! Perhaps someone from Ford should read these customers complaints. The lack of robust components in these window regulators is a shame. After all people use their power windows quite often and would expect that after paying $35,000 for an F-150 or Expedition that these components would be more durable to last at least to making the final loan payment. I am quite disappointed in the responses I have received from Ford and their dealership's on this issue. I have family and friends that own Toyota's and have had them for more than 12 years and have not once experienced the same conditions as my friends and I have. Perhaps, we are buying the wrong brand?
