I am getting ready to go through this again! ! I hate tune ups since buying my Expedition. Too darn expensive, especially with all of the spark plug issues!!!

I HAVE A 2006 FORD EXPEDITION, I WAS GETTING A TUNE UP AND TWO OF THE SPARK PLUGS BROKE OFF IN THE HEAD, FORD DEALER REPAIR SHOP IS CHARGING ME $200.00 A PIECE TO REMOVE THEM, FORD CLAIMS TO HAVE A TOOL TO REMOVE THEM VERY EASILY I'M STILL WAITING FOUR DAYS LATER. FORD MOTORCRAFT SPARK PLUGS NEED TO BE RECALLED, I WAS TOLD IT HAPPENS VERY OFTEN. (FORD STEP UP ON YOUR GAME OR LOSE A LOT OF BUSINESS) FORD FILLS THAT THEY CAN NOT MAKE A RECALL ON THOSE SPARK PLUGS, BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT A SAFETY OR HAZARD PROBLEM. COME ON CONSUMERS WE CAN DO SOMETHING WE ALREADY STUCK WITH THE VEHICLES UNTIL WE GET RID OF IT WHY NOT MAKE A FUSS. I'LL BE DAMNED WHILE I WAS TYPING THIS COMPLAINT I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL SAYING THEY STILL CAN'T GET THEM OUT NOW THEY HAVE TO REMOVE THE HEAD TO GET THEM OUT AND REPLACE THE HEAD GASKETS COSTING ME $2,000.00. WE NEED A RECALL.
