It only affected the front A/C & Heater. The back worked just fine. It took Dealer 4 times to fix this issue. First replaced the relay switch. Then 2nd & 3rd time, they said there was nothing wrong with it. I Googled problem online & found different fixes. I could turn A/C on low, then moved it to high and it would cut off. Finally they fixed it with a blower motor. Yes, we had an extended warranty, which cost a lot, and our deductible was $100. Tried to charge us 2 times, but we did not pay the 2nd invoice. Dealer was not obnoxious, but just didn't see a big problem. One person online fixed it with changing the controller, and Service Tech, lets try the blower motor first and it was fixed, after 2 years. Yes, it still worked on low, and we have Heated/Cooled Seats, so it was bearable, along with the back A/C.
