The contact owns a 2014 Ford Expedition. The contact stated while driving 60 MPH, the passenger-€™s side windshield wiper seized in the upright position. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer and the contact was provided an estimate for the repair. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was provided a case number. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 166,000.
