The contact owns a 2016 Ford Expedition. The contact stated while his wife was driving at an unknown speed, the infotainment screen was faulty for gps navigation, voice command and temperature control for the rear of the vehicle. The contact stated that an unknown warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. A dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer had been informed of failure. The failure mileage was approximately 88,000. Consumer stated apim module was faulty.
