We have taken the car back to Classic Ford (Columbia, SC) where we bought it five times. They have replace modules, the battery?, broken other things in the process and still don't know what it is. We asked to talk to the GM he is in meetings and won't return calls. The service department advised that they are working with Ford but now won't return calls. We have had multiple problems with this car. I will enter under new problems.

Update from Mar 19, 2019: The GM got involved and the master technician found that the sensor for the gear shift to put the car in park was malfunctioning. It was replaced and the problem has gone away.
