transmission failure

I have previously posted a complaint on this website regarding the “milky-pink” transmission fluid issue. It started there. I will repeat that I have an inoperable 1995 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0L V.6 4x4, approx 151,500 miles on it as “issues” arose related to the very common blinking O/D Off light and outright automatic transmission failure.

For legal purposes, please understand I can not disclose confidential information to the public (this website or others) that may jeopardize any remedy regarding the Demand Letter and/or class-action lawsuit; however, I am currently in the "process" of a Demand Letter (just need receipts after vehicle is out of transmission repair shop) to send to Ford Motor Company.

Does anyone have any resources I can use to assist me? I can use additional knowledge of transmissions, expert testimony witness of automatic transmissions? Or perhaps there is an angry Ford Explorer transmission owner/mechanic who have tried to work on the Ford Explorer automatic transmissions.

If I do not get a positive response from Ford Motor Company, I do plan to use my Demand Letter as a stepping-stone for a VERY BIG class-action lawsuit against Ford Motor Company on this issue. This site may be able to assist me in the Is there anyone out there with a detailed breakdown of the automatic transmission in this vehicle type? All help will be appreciated.

Anyone else not pleased or pleased with their service when calling customer relationship center? Anyone have any luck with the so-called “goodwill repair” or a discount presented by Ford Motor Company? Has anyone done extensive research of breach of warranty, product defect, or other consumer-related safety issues? How about obtaining transmission repair shop records? If any one out there that would like to help, please write me here or better yet, for privacy concerns, you can write me at alfierose2008@yahoo.com.

Thanks in advance,
