So here we go... Day I brought it home alarm went off and I couldn't turn it off. I thought it was a fluke. Next day same issues. I've had it for 3 years and it continues. I took it back, and they pulled the alarm out and put another one in. I brought it home and it was smoking from under the hood and the smell was horrible. I called, they came and got it. Said it was electrical tape on the engine compartment. I got it back and the seats wouldn't work right. They replaced the ignition switch. Got it back was fine for a while, then the lights would come on (interior) when I would hit a small bump in the road. Then the seat would just start moving backwards on me while driving down the road and feet wouldn't touch the pedal. When it stopped moving I could move it forward again. The again replaced the ignition switch saying it was a faulty one. Then I got it back. Driving to work one day it starting pouring rain and my windshield wipers wouldn't come on. I had to pull off the interstate and turn the car off and then back on 4 times to get it to work. Once the windshield wipers started working, the Sync quit. I took it back, they replaced the ignition switch again and said Sync was fine. Got it back and now when I accelerate the AC stops blowing. I took it back and now it has been at the dealership for over 12 days. They said it was a faulty alarm module. They replaced that but it was still happening so they say they have called Ford and are working with the guru's at Ford (gurus???? honestly- if they are the same people that designed this vehicle, they are not any kind of guru) and the electrical junction box for the vehicle may be the problem, but they don't know. I am paying my car payment and insurance while paying for the taxes and insurance on the rental car at the same time and no one can tell me how much longer. They can only tell me they are having an internal meeting about the car and the issues tomorrow. I will not hear from them tomorrow with out calling 3 or 4 times and demanding to speak to someone. I am so over this POS I got suckered into buying.
