3rd row seat - broken platform

Called Ford Motor Company regarding the 3rd row seat platform breaking. They would not fix it due to warranty expiration. I've only had the vehicle less than 50 days and the previous owner damaged the vehicle in this manner. The seat is inoperable and other Ford owners have had the same problem. This is a defective part due to a cheap platform and Ford should be the one to fix it at their cost because it is a defectively made part on their behalf.

Very unhappy about this and I want them to replace, repair at their cost because it was not due to abuse or misuse by myself.

I bought the vehicle at CamelBack Ford, Phoenix, AZ who has not responded by to my email about this issue as well as the Ford Motor Company. Again, this is their problem and fault because it is a manufacturer defective part.
